A remote but stunning sandy example of one of the northern beaches. To reached this beach involves a 15min drive from Fornells/Son Parc followed by a 20min walk from the car park.
Offshore rocky outcrops rise from the sea providing
good snorkeling conditions. As there are no facilities take a picnic.
Cavalleria is a long sandy beach shelving
down from sand dunes. A 15min drive from Son Parc/Fornells brings you to this beach is quite isolated with a very peaceful atmosphere.
As there are no beach facilities, go prepared.more
Cala Tirant
Close to Fornells, this sandy beach is not
particularly attractive but as it is near the port of Fornells this new development could be included
if you are in the area. There are restaurants within easy reach
of the beach.
Son Saura - Son Parc
This one of the best of the northern beaches with
beautiful white sand surrounded by sand dunes and pine trees. Shallow water, sun beds and pedaloes for hire. This beach is safe for children. However the Beach bar operates only during the summer months.

Arenal d'en Castell
This Horseshoe shaped bay of fine sand is protected from the winds by the Punta Grossa
headlands.
Excellent family beach with sunbeds, pedaloes and water sports Facilities.
Bars and restaurants are within easy reach of the beach. more
Na Macaret
Small sandy beach, a haven for locals. Several good restaurants at the waters edge.
Cala Presili
Near the Cap de Favaritx lighthouse this
lovely white sand beach is reached by a 15min walk from the car park. You will find it between Es Grau and Addaya. There are no beach facilities, however the walk is well worth while.
Es Grau
Fabulous sandy beach forming a wide bay with very shallow water. The beach is deal for young children. There is a Beach bar and car park. Several other restaurants are within easy reach. You can take a boat trip to the nearby Illa d'en Colom from the town jetty. more
