The lack of textbook to deliver Spanish lessons certainly encouraged me to listen to the whole course which improved my understanding and encouraged me to use the language.

The ability to speak at least a few words of Spanish will enhance the enjoyment of a holiday. In Menorca most people do speak English but also Spanish and Menorcan. If you can understand their language and at least exchange greeting you will endear yourself to the locals you meet and open up a whole new aspect to your visit.
