Ducks

If you were to search with the words Son Bou Ducks with any of the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo or MSN you will find I am not joking.

Behind the beach at Son Bou is a fresh water wetland containing reed beds. These reed beds are home to a large colony of ducks.

Early arriving beach goers arrive, armed with bread and cakes from their buffet breakfasts, are met by the army of knowledgeable wildfowl.

By eleven o'clock the pageant is over as the birds overflowing with bread and cakes escape back into the reed beds to sleep off their feast.

These wetlands are home to a large variety of bird life and are visited by birdwatchers and wildlife tourists

Still sceptical, look below

Leave the Ducks to sleep off their feast
